This was a large project where our client purchased an existing house. Our scope of works was to transform the property – internally and externally – into a bespoke dental practice. Works included demolition of flooring, walls, removal of dwelling fixtures and fittings. Lead shielding of OPG room for radiation protection and internal fitout for dental requirements.
External works included extensive landscaping, retaining walls, access ramp, and patient parking.
